Return and Mistake Policies

This page is to explain how everything works.

THE "COST"

Instead of paying money...you trade. When ever you order something you "pay" us but not with money. By trade, we mean, you send us a blinkie, LJ (to add to our animation directory}, doll, or WHATEVER as payment for your order.

Mistake Policy

On the rare instances when we DO make mistakes with your order we have a VERY simple policy. Just to make sure we DON'T make mistakes we send your original filled out forn along with your completed order. But if we make a mistake here's what you do:

  • Send us an email with MISTAKE in the subject line.
  • Make sure to send us the ORIGINAL form that YOU filled out and your order that we made the mistake on.
  • You can also write an explanation on how we messed up.
  • We should have your FIXED order back to you within 1-3 days depending on how busy we are.
  • When we send you your fixed order you also get a gift!
  • Just for the record...you don't have to send us another trade...the mistake WAS in fact our fault.
